Well, as you know, my life has gone well. Got myself a new compy, named it Toby because the guy's a little beast. Hard drive has 2 terrabytes of storage.

Translation: It has a lot of storage!

Then my boyfriend had to move in with his brother. Took some adjusting, but I visited him in his new surroundings and seems to be happy with himself. Got himself a bigger room, too.

Mom also left for Michigan. Probems with family and such. Grandma Renee had 90% blockage in her corotid (sp) artery.

Translation: that is not a good thing!

Even worse, Mom wants to bring Grandma Renee at our house, so she can take care of her.

Now, normally I would not be against this. However, I am not, and don't start flaming me because I don't want to take care of someone. Truth of the matter is Mom has permanent nerve damage in her back and cannot do any heavy lifting at all. She'll try to do chores within half-an-hour, she's already worn out even with heavy meds and therapy and sleeps almost all day every day. What makes this worse is that, even when I actually try to help, she doesn't let me help her, saying "she's the only one who knows how to do laundry or cook or wash dishes."

In short: Bringing Grandma Renee here wold be a disaster in making.

Anyway, I'v

That one of my co-workers is a judgmental bitch.

Allow me to explain:

I bought something from the bookstore across the street where I work. It was a book entitled How To Tell If Your Cat Is Plotting to Kill You. The title itself and the fact I'm a cat owner got me intrigued.

So, I'm reading it while I'm on break. Now, while some of it is crude, I found myself laughing its contents. I even discovered about "love mauling," the thing that happens when you rub your cat's tummy, it becomes a deathtrap of teeth, claws and very unpleasant pain. More they do it, the more they love you kinda deal.

I'm half-expecting my hand to covered in scratches tomorrow, but I digress.

I was showing a co-worker when she said, "Was written by some old mean cat lady or something?"

I said, "No, it was written by a guy."

Then, like someone who knows everything, she scoffs, "I bet he's forty and lives in his Mom's basement."

I couldn't believe the audacity of this bitch. She was judging the author of the book, yet she acted like she knew what type of person he would be. It disgusted me that she had no sense of humor and an "I know everything" attitude.

Stereotype much?

Ugh, I sometimes think that people like that deserved to be shot on sight.

As anybody who reads this, I rarely update anything.

I blame real life issues and procrastination, whichever comes first. So I've decided to put one of my OoTFP fanfiction on hold.

Why? Because I'll never get around to it, let alone fix it.

Turns out I have realized I'm better writing short stories and one-shots than stories that require multiple chapters, or novels.

-__-; Gah, I hate deleting a story.

Going to bed. Almost 1:30am here in the States.

So, due to my brother moving into his new place and my grandmother dying on Friday, (I'm much better today. I think all the crying has gone.) I moved into my brother's old bedroom and so far, I already like it. has a closet, more room for my stuff and I can wake up to the sounds of cardinals and blue jays outside my window. Very soothing.

so, here's the tour:
What it looks like as you enter the room. Still needs cleaning up and is a little plain, but I'll spruce it up a bit. Finally found a place for my Tali print.
Hanging Tali was the very first thing I did when I moved into the room. It felt like putting this on the wall was my way of officially making it my room. Onto the book shelf!
The first shelf is where I keep all my Japanese manga and comic books, including all twelve volumes of Death Note, four volumes of Scott Pilgrim and my Lucky Star manga, with Derpy Hooves on the far left and Plush Kon on the far right.

Second shelf is where I keep the rest of my anime plushie dolls and my bottle of Crown with two glasses. Because sometimes I need a drink.

Third shelf is where I keep novels and books with words on them. You know, the ones no one reads anymore because everyone has Kindles and Nooks nowadays.

Nothing special on the fourth shelf. Just random stuff.
The left side of the room with my TV and Xbox. A little messy, but I'll clean it up a bit.

So there you have it, my new room. I love it a whole lot.

It's hard to type a blog when you're stuck in a box.

Luckily, i know how to do such things. Anyway, here's another life update.

Well, I never knew my brother was serious about getting married until last Saturday.

Allow me to explain:

Saturday was an adventurous day. Heather accomplished finding the right wedding dress. I also met the other bridesmaids in the wedding, Kelsey and Bailey, and the maid of honor herself, Christina...I think, I can't remember her name at the moment. XP

Anyway, I got fitted for my dress in the months to come. Unfortunately, I now know my measurements.

TT__TT *sob* I wish I hadn't looked at the paper.

That same day, I went to the house that the brat is renting for his bride-to-be and her six year old Haley. Needs cleaning, but place looks like new and within walking distance of where I'm currently living.

Reminder, this is a house, not an apartment. A two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom house that's in a nice neighborhood, which is good for Haley.

And I'm currently renting Lego Batman 2, the one with all the DC Super Heroes. Terren actually sprinted to my room and screamed out, "I WANT TO PLAY AS THE GREEN LANTERN!" when I told him I got the game in the mail. And then he played as Green Lantern and beat the crap out of Sinestro.

Good times.

Now, off to play some SWTOR!

Ugh, so far, real life has been kicking my ass from Limbo to the ninth circle of Hell. Feels that way, weather wise.

Anyway, I figured today I would update my blog.

So, I've decided to take commissions, be it fanArt or Fanfiction, during the summer months to get some extra cash in my pocket (or debit card, should I get one.) and I don't go stale when I'm playing on the Xbox or on the PC.

Also, speaking of PCs, my brother and I are going to do a project together: building my own computer. He made his own about three years ago and now he wants to help me get my own PC.

And finally, over the weekend, I will be going to David's Bridal with my future sister-in-law and trying on dresses.

'Cause I'm a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding and all the bridesmaids have to wear pink dresses. Ugh, kill me now.

So, that's how life is treating me right now.

Now, go away. Gonna go play some Mass Effect.

I might have to make some changes, but still this is awesome. my own little website to post my fics and art stuff.

A big thanks to BushtuckaPenguin for making it, Thanks a bunch.
